Ether is a resource used for upgrading and item enhancements. It can be obtained by defeating enemies or by dismantling items.

- Golden Citadel gives the most Ether per clear
- Higher level dungeons give more Ether
- You can gain Ether by dismantling items from Xivus but is not recommended due to the cost
- You can clear the "Ready when you are" quest 10 times for 150,000 Ether each.
